Solea Power Corporation is a US company registered in Texas. Our business is the early stage origination, development and sale of renewable power projects in the United States. Our current focus is on utility scale solar energy farms in Texas’ ERCOT market.

Solea’s executive team is composed of members experienced in renewable project development; infrastructure development, construction, operations and corporate finance; and global energy markets.  Together, at Solea we have over 90 years of experience and we have originated and developed over 20 US solar projects, representing more than 2.5 GW.

Solea’s principal executives and investors are American and Spanish with offices in Houston and Madrid. Solea is working with and for various customers, including large European Construction and Renewable Energy Multinationals that intend to enter the US renewables market by acquiring early stage projects and then to finance, construct, operate and own these US renewable projects.

Our experience in solar project development spans over 4 years, covering the ERCOT, SPP, MISO, PJM markets, and with knowledge of the North and South Carolina, Georgia (Duke Energy) and Arizona (APS) bilateral markets. We have additional experience in the California Solar/Hydrogen Market and International and US Oil & Gas markets including commodity hedging.
