Jose Antonio Rodriguez – Jose Antonio Rodriguez brings to the board of directors of Solea Power over 30 years of experience as President and CEO of Banco Multiple Lopez de Haro, a commercial bank with headquarters in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is also an active member of the Board of Directors of Club Hemingway, a resort in the beach of Juan Dolio, as well as in Megacentro Shopping Center and Fundación Sinfonia, both in the city of Santo Domingo.

Prior to Banco Lopez de Haro, he worked at Banco Santander and at Manufacturers Hanover Trust in New York. He has a law degree from Deusto University (Bilbao, Spain) and studied International Management at the Wharton School of Business (Philadelphia).
