Julio Bonmatí brings to the Board of Directors of Solea Power more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking in global financial institutions in Madrid and London, with substantial experience in M&A, leveraged and secured finance, distressed and financial restructuring, and debt and equity capital markets.

He was Senior Director of M&A and Alternative Finance at Caixabank, Spain’s leading domestic financial institution. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Bankia and worked in different investment banking positions at Bear Stearns and Dresdner KB out of London.

Julio Bonmatí holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE, Madrid; is a Registered Securities Representative by the UK Securities and Futures Authority; and has completed several Executive Advanced Management Programs at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He served and received formal training in the Spanish Army.

About Jose Sevilla

Jose Sevilla brings to the Board of Directors of Solea Power over 25 years of experience in commercial banking and investment banking. He presently serves as chairman of Unicaja, SpainÂīs sixth largest financial institution.

Before joining Unicaja, he was CEO of Bankia, the fourth largest bank in Spain, from 2012 to 2021. Also, during this period, he was a member of the Board of Directors of BFA Tenedora de Acciones, SAU.

Prior to Bankia, he held various senior management positions in BBVA, the second largest bank in Spain, where he served as Chief Risk Officer, as a member of the Management Committee, and in the Board of Directors of BBVA Bancomer (Mexico). He began his professional career in the investment banking field, working in Merrill Lynch and FG Inversiones Bursatiles. Jose Sevilla holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from CUNEF, Madrid.

About Jose Antonio Rodriguez

Jose Antonio Rodriguez – Jose Antonio Rodriguez brings to the board of directors of Solea Power over 30 years of experience as President and CEO of Banco Multiple Lopez de Haro, a commercial bank with headquarters in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is also an active member of the Board of Directors of Club Hemingway, a resort in the beach of Juan Dolio, as well as in Megacentro Shopping Center and FundaciÃģn Sinfonia, both in the city of Santo Domingo.

Prior to Banco Lopez de Haro, he worked at Banco Santander and at Manufacturers Hanover Trust in New York. He has a law degree from Deusto University (Bilbao, Spain) and studied International Management at the Wharton School of Business (Philadelphia).
